MacScoop is reporting that we can possibly expect a black iMac. It seems like a pretty safe bet, but you know about mac rumors, we’ll believe it when we see it.
All that said, it would be a pretty mac!

The first iPhone ad is slated to air during tomorrow’s oscar telecast. Steve Jobs first announced the Apple iPhone back in January during MacWorld. It is an exciting fully-touchscreen phone that is scheduled to premiere in June.
Apple has a long history of being secretive about future products and not announcing them until they are ready to come to market. This past MacWorld was a vast departure from that history. Steve Jobs formerly announced two products, one that was still a month out and another that was 5 – 6 months out leaving Mac fanboys with money burning holes in their pockets.
The product that was only a month out was the AppleTV. This product wasn’t a big surprise because Steve had mentioned it a couple of weeks earlier at a previous keynote. The only mystery here was the final name. (AppleTV).
The big surprise product was the iPhone. People had long predicted that Apple would enter the mobile phone market. iPhone marks that entrance. The big letdown for those who wanted to buy it ws the long wait ’til Summer.
That brings us to tomorrow’s Oscar telecast. Apparently, we might see the first iPhone ad. Personally, I think it is still a little early for an advertisement so I am skeptical. I don’t believe we will see it.
Maybe you have heard about Net Neutrality or maybe you haven’t at any rate, you need to check out this video. It is an open source documentary about Net Neutrality that does a great job of explaining the issue and what it means to everyone who uses the Internet in a quick and entertaining way.
There is a lot at stake in the future of the Internet right now. The future of how we interact with each other over the Internet is being written right now and we need to be involved with that decision.
If I pay for a connection to the Internet then I expect to get that full connection. Why should the phone companies decide what sites I have a good connection with and which sites I have a limited connection. Something about that just doesn’t sound right. At least get educated. This film is only about 10 minutes long, and is pretty cool.
Special thanks to Doc Searls who posted this video in his blog!
Ok, so I don’t have any idea where you stand politically, and frankly, I don’t care. Whether you love GWBush or hate him, you have to admit there is an ounce of truth to this little gem I scoped out at Wellington Grey’s blog. It is a flow chart that seems to truly nail the past six years of GWB’s presidency.
Just thought it was funny, and thought I would share. By the way, if Wellington Gray has moved on by the time you read this blog entry, as I’m sure he will, here is a link to the full size version of the WWGWBD Flow Chart.
