Playing Guitar For Clients on the Internets

I have spent the majority of my time behind the camera compared to in front of it. I’ve always thought I’d be at least passable as an on-screen personality. I’ve gotten the chance with my friends at ReMix Music.

ReMix Music is a music store here in Northwest Arkansas. It is literally a mom and pop shop. I love the place because it was started by a couple who retired from their 9-to-5 to chase a passion and do something they loved. That’s why Ron Mead started ReMix a few years ago.

I became excited about the store because it’s the closest guitar store to where I live. I don’t have to drive two towns away to pick up strings anymore … that by itself is a win. When I factor in that this place is locally-owned and they are always adjusting and perfecting their inventory to have great stuff at great prices … now I’m excited.

That’s not to take anything away from the other music stores in Northwest Arkansas, I love them all. As a consumer, I’m a huge fan of choice and competition. We’re very lucky to have such a vibrant market for musical things.

I worked with ReMix to create this series of demonstration videos and I’m excited to share them. If you’re a guitarist, I’m interested in hearing what you think. This is one of my first tries and I’m excited to hone my on-camera skills and continue to make better videos in the future.
