I brought my Flip camera to the July 11th Sprint Cup race at the Chicagoland Speedway to capture all the craziness that occurs outside the speedway before the races.
We are so excited to introduce to the world our brand new kitten Sasha. She is just a couple of months old and she is black with green eyes. A few months ago we lost our first family cat Sophie Boy to old age and cancer. It was sad, but we are super happy again as a family again because of this new addition to our household.

Wow, this is the awesome. It is a Rubik’s cube for the 21st century. (Wow, my skin just crawled when I used the term “for the 21st century”.) Anywho, this link will take you to a Gizmodo article with a cool video showing a touchscreen Rubik’s cube.
If you have been reading my blog for a while, you might remember that I set out to learn how to solve the Rubik’s cube once and for all. Well, I succeeded. I can solve it. Now, I find myself thinking about the cube and wishing I had one to play with all the time. I now find it extremely relaxing to sit and solve it over and over.
After watching the video, I want one.
